The main business of the company is to sell wholesale (Computers, servers...), so the focus is not on Sofware development. The projects are only interns. You can't grow up inside the company, they only have 2 levels, Developer I and Developer II, so in 2 years you are available to be Developer II (Only depend on the time that you are in the company). Then, you don't have too many options to grow but they promise you that "everything" is changing. The salary is lower than others companies.
