Cons
Salary and benefits are lower compared to other companies of the market. Productivy and efficiency is measured on time and not on what you did and the benefits of that action. Every year an evaluation is being held where your teammates evaluate you on various points, they say that salary and promotions are based on that result but it's not true, it doesn't matter how hard you work, the company doesn't care about your efforts. Every week they fire people and they don't say why. They talk about company values but that's it, they don't care about people, you are just only a simple employee to them. Promotions are given to the people that tag and talk about the company in social network and to those who are friends of the directors, your efforts are rarely noticed by the them.
