Incredible family type work atmosphere. They have all kinds of activities for holidays and cute rewards and activities to get involved in. Everyone is extremely friendly. Management wants you to succeed and will work with you to achieve your success. Adequate pay for the type of industry. They have great benefits. and a comfortable work environment . Comfortable work environment. They hire from within.
Cons
Location requires a car to get to the job. Do not have many openings, very often. Pay raises are performance based and not given easily. You must excel at your job. But that is only fair.
