Pros
To have a job. They do offer partial reimbursement for tuition but only for advancement in your job, so a med tech has no further to go.
Cons
Management. Salary. Severely understaffed. Huge gap in pay between management and core staff. They don't value their older employees. Not a lot of room for advancement for med techs.
