only good for freshers to work only for one year to get experience other wise list of cons for experienced employees.
Cons
1) Those experienced employees who are generating revenue for companies are fired .i.e billable resources will be fired once their account from client gets closed and company is not ready to pay for a such employees . 2) Company will fire you once your account been closed from client no matter how many years your are working for them as billable resource so no job assurance. 3) No medical Insurance and other benefits. 4) only having couple of clients and rest of the company depends on them. 5) Low pay scale as compared to Industry standard. 6) Training cost spend by company on employees to upskills is almost zero. 7) Only politics in teams in terms of hike and management ignores it. ............. losts of big list of cons.
