Pros
1. Learning is good in initial years but if you are stuck in project with content development its very bad. 2. Friendly politics free atmosphere for less experienced people. 3. Salary used to be good but now it has been competitive with respect to the market so too many people left the company in a year. 4. Bi-annual increments are there. 5. Finally they started wishing people on their birthdays(as I have heard).
Cons
1. No infrastructure. The company has been running using multiple shops from DDA market. 2. Washrooms are public. You need to wait in queue if you are a girl. And water not being available is a common problem. 3. Company buys good drinking water however in order to save time, office boys fills the bottle with tap water which stinks(I have seen myself). So be careful while drinking. 5. Chairs are pathetic, they still use wooden chairs. In case you raise a voice you will be asked to exercise and consult a doctor. They just don't understand that people need to sit 9 hours a day and it is very difficult to work for nine hours with such rigid chairs. 6. Pathetic timing policy. To get complete day salary you have to sit in office for 8hours 45 min no matter you have work or not. Also CEO expects you to sit more than 9 hours daily. He just don't care for your personal life and want you to sit in office even if you have work or not. So If you want to live as per company/CEO expectation forget your personal life. 7. Salary comes on 5th working day which becomes 7-8th of a month. So be careful when you plan your EMIs or maid salary. When the month is of increment they release salary by 13-14th of month specifying they need to finalize the increment. If they knew they have to give increment why not plan ahead. 8. Too Noisy environment. Seats are very close and people just don't have etiquettes to move to conference room for longer discussion.
