Pros
Working in the ABA field can be challenging in itself, but that is not to reflect on this company. Thus far they are one of my favorites, out of the couple companies I have trained and worked for. Their core values and support for personal growth is HUGE. It can be challenging keeping motivation in this field, and I am confident that this company will support and motivate me!
Cons
The cons are more a relfection on ABA work itself not so much the company. Cancellations with clients do happen and can be tough. This work with children is not for everyone. But, if you have the drive and passion, keep working at it! And ask for help when needed.
