Some may see our growth challenges as a con, but we are always growing and evolving and pushing ourselves pretty hard. The individual growth mirrors the company growth for those up for it. Feedback and solutions are swift, so growth challenges never fester.

The people here care about the work they’re doing and make an effort to support one another when they can. There’s a general sense of teamwork, and most folks try to help each other out, even when things are extremely hectic.

The environment can be very high-pressure and chaotic. The company is often trying to tackle too much at once, which stretches everyone thin and makes it difficult to focus or follow through on projects effectively.
