      Pros

      There wasn’t much to highlight. Depending on position, salaries were very reasonable.

      Cons

      This company is a revolving door, don’t get comfortable. Always looking for the next best thing to come in and fix all their issues. The only permanent positions with this company are if you’re family or sales. Lots of meetings which consist of talking behind coworkers backs. Micromanagement, unrealistic goals, and no checks and balances.

Sometimes, it takes a while to get to understand the culture and dynamics of a company. Complete Landscaping has several employees throughout all levels and in all departments of the company that have put decades of time into building the company. We know we won't always be a perfect fit for every employee, but we hope to always be learning from our experiences and improving as we continue to grow.

      Pros

      The opportunity to grow, learn, and advance is available to anyone willing to take the initiative to grasp it. We have been consistently growing over the past decade which always brings the opportunity for new positions and challenges. Many of the employees - field level and up - have been here 10, 15, 20+ years. There is a strong loyalty to the company.

      Cons

      The seasonality of the landscaping industry can be stressful at times, but it's predictable and everyone pulls together to get through.
