Oversell Under-deliver - Technical Consultant Complete I.T. Employee Review

As the title suggests, Complete I.T. adopts this business model both internally to their staff and externally to their clients. Get ready to work for a business that values their clients over their employees and still continues to lose both each year. Having worked there for 3 years I received no pay increase and was only met with roadblocks and false promises on this matter. Since their acquisition from Sharp, the business is now a shadow of what it used to be. Would I have recommended them prior, maybe? Would I recommend them now, well the departure of their long standing members says enough.
