Pros
The only pro is that once every six-months we had a company meeting and got food catered in.
Cons
Wow, where to start. You are constantly micro-managed, your emails are read on a daily basis, you are treated like a third world citizen if you work in sales because sales is looked down upon for whatever strange reason, they are insanely nit-picky (if you show up 30 seconds late it’s the end of the world), there is NO chance of career advancement here because the company is so small (management has been there for 15 years, 10 years and 9 years, which is a huge flaw because none of them had real jobs before this), you are constantly over-promised things that are never acted on, quotas for sales reps went up while commission went down, the office is small and dirty (the mens room is IN the middle of the call center so it always smells), everybody is always stressed out to the max making it the most negative environment you could ever work in, management fails to listen to the feedback they get from sales staff, which has resulted in a turnover of over 35 sales reps in the last two-years compared to the 6 currently on staff (who are new within the last 5 months), the company is cheap and will fight you for every single cent, bonus payments are always wrong when commissions are paid. The list goes on…
