Cons
This place is run by people who don't know how to manage sales people. They are so close-minded and stuck in a business environment from the 80s. There is no strategic thinking or development within the sales department. If you make too much commission you either get fired or are forced to take a pay cut. No sales rep will ever make over $60K per year. Sales supports marketing, and marketing has first dibs on all accounts, and account managers do not actually manage accounts, they just find opportunities for marketing to capitalize on. The "sales floor" is a dark, dusty, and overall dingy room with no windows and all the equipment like cubes, phones, computers, headsets, etc is ancient and rarely in proper working order. There is a stinky men's room ON THE SALES FLOOR! No direct deposit, benefits are a joke, you get yelled at for requesting time off, and a team of 8-10 reps has FOUR managers hovering over their shoulders all day. If you value your professional development and a resume that won't get laughed at, avoid this company at all costs. I would rather sack groceries for minimum wage than work here again.
