      -Remote -Great colleagues -Have improved promotion pipeline

      Cons

      -Low pay for Boston especially as an employer who employs mostly PoC, The pay does not align with their mission to end asset poverty among Latinx and black women. -Their communications dept does not have people of color when the people they serve are people of color. Makes no sense.

      - Super focused organization with clear objectives and well thought through strategies - very engaged leadership - strong commitment to clients and their experiences - supportive to working parents and overall staff well being - strong org culture, not much “politics”
