      Pros

      Meeting great people, employees and customers. Variety of food produced. You can use a strong work ethic no problem.

      Cons

      Not all areas a bad place, mine was awful. Lazy sous chefs on PCs the whole shift. Watching everyone busting there backs to provide meal service.

      Unlimited pto, great colleagues, and good work life balance.

      Cons

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
