At one point we were headed in the right direction.
Cons
Company forgetting the core values while it just tries to expand and eventually IPO. We continue to be sent emails saying the values never changed, but they've just become words on emails. Team leaders hold more power than managers at the company. Which makes the manager position more of a glorified receptionist & a joke amongst employees
