Pros
ICs and middle mgmt are very pleasant to work with, helpful. Huge company but really flat and easy to talk to people. Lots of tooling and analytics support to help Product org.
Cons
CD is viewed as a cost center that supports sales and strategy, as opposed to leading the org with product. Leadership inexperienced and without strategic direction for product. Trying to do it all with a relatively small engineering team.
