      People on your team are team players. Work on high profile productions.

      Cons

      Working with other facilities/departments can be an issue. No standard for regular raises without threatening to quit. Scheduling is always based on the client whims. No work-life balance.

      Fantastic and talented co-workers. Diverse set of projects, feature films, episodic and commercials. Offices in London and Los Angeles making travel easy

      Cons

      The company grew too large for me to effect swift and efficient change. Its difficult to be entrepreneurial at such a large company.
