Ownership: we're all empowered to make changes and improve things. Pull the thread: we're encouraged to be curious. Work life balance is pretty good -- it's a startup, but we take breaks and vacations. It's a marathon, not a sprint.

Honestly, not many. Every week, we have a meeting where we can voice anything that hasn't been working well, and we discuss how we can fix or improve.
