They work pretty hard to make it a great place to work superficially, but that can only take you so far

Cons

I've observed several significant instances where the putting people first culture has been completely ignored in favor of the bottom line

Easy payments, fast scheduling, great contact person Heather, no fuss locums scheduling

Cons

Spam messaging sometimes, sometimes lower end money offers

Pros

Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

Cons

Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
