Pros

This is such a great company to work for. I have the largest base salary I have ever had as a sale woman. They truly value their employees inside and outside of work.

Cons

Competing with your team is tough. Rules of engagement could improve.

Easy payments, fast scheduling, great contact person Heather, no fuss locums scheduling

Spam messaging sometimes, sometimes lower end money offers

Pros

Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

Cons

Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
