Pros
The first month if they don’t bombard you
Cons
This job is extremely toxic: -Management forces you to fill out surveys -you aren’t promoted by skill but if you’re a favorite -currently right now the only employees doing well and the only one they care about are employees here longer then 5 years . It’s near impossible to grow here and you will not work regular business hours but a lot more. -management only care about you if you get them money but our systems are so outdated and so much incorrect information in the systems it’s near impossible to get anything within it -right now the company is doing extremely badly on the sales front and they’re putting extreme pressure on the sales team and they will say don’t burn yourself out but you’re unofficially penalized for taking off - they will make you be “positive” to the toxicity - YOU WILL BE MICROMANAGED - they will do everything to cover themselves and word things in ways to gaslight you into thinking you are the wrong one . You are not . Again the company is doing extremely badly and the outlook for the future is looking really bad - last year with a company they sold (RN network) they laid off a bunch of employees and while it was noble trying to put them in some of the sales teams = another round of layoffs will most likely happen soon due to the company putting out more more then they are receiving. This is not a good company to work for - a senior level leader says all the time “I love it when consultants are broke that makes them work harder” - another leader says they only care about the numbers . - it’s core values are really a sham and if you are recruiter reading this I urge you to move with caution and be proactive and start applying for new positions outside the company
