Overall, colleagues are very supportive and always willing to help. The working environment is positive — even during stressful periods, we can still laugh and maintain a good team spirit.
The benefits are quite good as well. Medical coverage is provided through a pay-and-claim system, which is still acceptable in my opinion.
This is a great place to learn new things. Many processes are still done manually within the system, but it teaches you to become more detail-oriented, meticulous, and responsible in your work.
If you’ve never managed staff before, this is a good place to gain leadership experience. There are plenty of opportunities to learn how to manage a team, make decisions, and handle day-to-day operational challenges.
