Thanks for taking the time to write this review. We really appreciate it. As a growing company, we believe that things are changing every day on the way to success. One thing that has never changed and never will is our belief in R&D excellency— giving the power to our engineers and having the best talents out there working with us is the only way to develop great products. This is the reason we really like discussing things openly with our engineers (and all our employees), from personal meetings with the CEO to company meetings where we share our thoughts, our milestones, and even our revenue numbers. Working at a growing company is always challenging, but as a “company for long distances” we do our best to give our employees the balance between work and life. The fact that 60% of our employees are parents speaks for itself.

Pros

Lots of growth opportunities. Sales has a lot of leads so we don’t focus too much on outbound. Commission structure is very lucrative.

Cons

Outbound has become less of a focus so personal development in that space is limited.

Pros

No real pros. Laid back environment. Too laidback. Salesmen are very well compensated, but get fired very quickly.

Cons

Great product, terrible morale. You will not have a life if you work here. Very high turnover. They have a golden-goose who will never get fired despite how rude, nasty, arrogant, and inconsiderate he is. He knows too much and refuses to share his knowledge with the rest of the team. They have no real direction and employees are suffering for it.
