Pros

Great environment, very friendly colleagues who are all very passionate about achieving the best possible outcome for their customers

Cons

Few! Having to rotate though slightly off business hour shifts (1.5 hour off the normal). Very occasional weekend work

Our dedication is, in my opinion, what sets us apart. The business has had to temporarily deviate from the usual business hours to accommodate workloads in other regions. We do appreciate the flexibility of our employees to support the wider team and it reinforces the kind of teamwork and collaboration we are proud to have here, so let me take this opportunity to thank you for being adaptable. As for the leadership and management, we are always looking for ways to evaluate, improve and innovate, so it’s great to see that it is making an impact.
