Different houses have different managers, so its just luck of the draw with who you're going to get for management. The managers participated in illegal activities all the time, such as use clients money for their own personal needs/wants. One of the managers would call the clients "retards," and at the house I was at if you didn't get along perfectly with the main manager then you would get laid off/fired. In the time I was there, I was the longest employee for that house (who wasn't a manager) and everyone else was either fired or laid off because they didn't get along with the main manager of the house.
