Always on call, expects you to never have time to yourself. You may get lucky and get a good supervisor, but they do not address issues within the company, such as harassment in the work place. Too strict/stifling for most CPSW’s/JPPO’s, which leads to less referrals. Too many upper management positions that are not necessary.
