Pay is awful, especially considering how you’re constantly available to doctors and employees. I made more as a bedside nurse. Plus as a bedside nurse I was done with work at the end of my shift.
Cons
Pay is significantly less than other places senior management expectations are high for little pay. Raises are a joke, only 3%. You get a meager 4% if you score perfect in most categories.
