Pros

Great training for a call center. Good place to get experience in the computer systems and phone work of a call center.

Cons

Strict hours. No credit for doctors note for sick days. If you work in the call center you will be bullied and tortured by the atmosphere if you really care about customer service and not asking people for money all day.
