Pros
I've worked for CHS for less than 6 months and the department I'm in is know as a starting point. By doing what I was asked to do they have already started talking about moving to another department for training. Opportunities are everywhere.
Cons
My department at one point got a comp day and time and a half for working holidays ore days when the rest of the office is closed now we get time and a half only while everyone else gets the day off paid. Kind of sucks now.
