Pros
Unless you are in the Ole Boys Network you do not matter. CHS will promote you but will not give you a raise just more work. Meanwhile the CEO is constantly getting more $$$.
Cons
Job promotions do not come with a salary increase, your "promotion" is increased responsibilities and a title. If you take a new job in the company there is a policy you will not get more than a 7% raise. This is how your employee loyalty is rewarded, they will hire people into the company at a much higher rate and you will be forever underpaid. This company hates their employees and treats them like trash.
