Pros
Now, working from home during the pandemic. Previous to that they planned to take away all work from home days for IT staff, so doing something nice for the employees was something that was against their will.
Cons
- Poor insurance benefits - No room for advancement - Extremely high turnover in management AND executive management - Low salaries - Freeze on raises - Terrible business decisions resulting in a collapse of stock price
