      I enjoyed the patients. I enjoyed my day to day tasks.

      Cons

      After being there Many years, wearing all types of hats...showimg "managers" how to use the EMR...my pay increase was not sufficient,I did NOT feel appreciated by upper management. New hires were hired on what I was making after being there many years.

      Family Oriented, vacation and sick time

      Cons

      They will not give decent raises and hire people making more than someone thats been working thier 10 years so they lose the best employees
