As much as we would love to see the sunshine each day, unfortunately the weather is something out of our control however, we issue a full weather resistant kit for our colleagues braving the conditions – we really appreciate all your efforts. If you are in need of anything please reach out to the Officer Manager and she will put an order in for anything you’re missing. In terms of money not being guaranteed, I’m unsure what context this is in. All field sales colleagues are paid a basic salary and then also receive commission, which is uncapped on top of your basic, so the more sales you make the more commission you will earn 😊. However, like any commission based role unless sales are secured, commission payments would not be made.
