Pros
Great culture, work/life balance, and great way to get entry level experience into a wide array of fields (administrative, management, teaching, social work)
Cons
There is no room for professional growth, the organization fails to take care of it's employees and often exhibits a lack of caring in their well being (professionally and personally), and the overall compensation package offered is subpar (i.e. the pay really isn't something you can live off of as your primary job).
