The starting pay is really poor, which is sad for an org that says their mission is to eliminate poverty. On the bright side, employees can use their services, but they have to "wait in line" just like everyone else. Internal homophobia is a really real problem. Don't expect to have your pronouns respected, ever. Cis people will talk behind your back about how hard it is to use pronouns, including HR. HR also lets people assault you, and will gaslight you into believing nonconsensual touch is normal and acceptable behavior in the workplace.
