Pros

As a long-time member, I’m continually impressed by Communication Federal Credit Union (CFCU). Beyond great banking, they make a real difference in the Oklahoma and Kansas communities they serve.CFCU’s team volunteers tirelessly—hosting food drives with The Urban Mission, supporting Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, collecting books for kids, running blood drives, aiding the humane society, and showing appreciation to local teachers and troops. They also offer free financial seminars to help people build brighter futures. As a not-for-profit cooperative, they return real value to members while treating everyone like family. In a world of impersonal banks, CFCU truly connects and strengthens the communities around them.If you live or work in OK or KS, join CFCU—you’ll be supporting an institution that genuinely cares and makes a lasting impact. Highly recommended!

Cons

I'm happy to serve the members of this great organization.

Pros

Best part about CFCU is the 401k

Cons

I would strongly advise against working here. Communication is practically nonexistent, and leadership does little to provide clarity or direction. This creates a chaotic and frustrating work environment where employees are set up to fail. The culture is toxic. There is a clear lack of respect for employees, and the environment often feels hostile rather than supportive. HR is not a reliable resource—they are biased and do not handle concerns fairly, leaving employees with nowhere to turn when issues arise. Favoritism is blatant. Decisions around opportunities and treatment are not based on performance or merit, but on who management prefers. Senior leadership is especially disappointing, showing poor judgment, lack of accountability, and little regard for employee well-being. There is no sense of loyalty to employees, and management will prioritize their own interests at any cost. Overall, this is not a place where you can expect fairness, support, or professional growth.
