- discriminatory practices are championed here, so expect very little to no action to be taken even when the discriminatory act is blatant and obvious - chronic under staffing issues, yet upper management expects optimal productivity - unfair and unrealistic tardy/absence policy - lack of support particularly from General Manager and some other manager during peak busy times or when faced with challenging circumstances, often difficult to reach - lack of clear communication and inadequate training for staff - unprofessional and inappropriate communication thrives there
