Management is incredible- supports their employees, pays them an insane amount, and always inspires the team to work harder with fun incentives. For example, in December they took me and 3 other reps to COSTA RICA. All expenses paid.. and that’s just the tip of the ice burg. This is a door-to-door solar place, which is nice because you get to work outside in the sun. You get to make your own schedule, and basically get to write your own pay checks. The office has a fun start-up vibe complete with a gym, arcade, stocked mini-fridge, 75” TV, and MAC section where you can hop on and use them whenever you want.

Full commission based- if you don’t work, you don’t make $. You have to develop a thick skin to succeed in door-to-door but it’s 100% worth it, it’ll change your life. Cold rainy days suck

Nothing at all, trust me

Worse company I ever worked for.. put in years of work to get really nothing in return. Most solar jobs are 1099 so when people don’t get paid once the jobs are complete it’s puts us in a weird, tough positions. The owner is a big con man, pitched us a dream of making thousands of dollars and building a company where he made you feel like a part owner but really put us in a nightmare situation where we didn’t get paid and puts us in debt or financial crisis. I feel real dumb for how long I stayed with this company where the red flags were there. I hope no one makes the mistake for ever working for this company or for the owner Vincent Longtin. Please stay away from this horror show
