Great company - Anonymous employee Commonwealth Bank of Australia Employee Review

Pay is okay compared to major US banks. Benefits are really strong (6% 401k match day 1, Gold Gympass for free, no premiums on healthcare). Able to do secondment globally (LDN, SG, HK, AUS)

Reputation of CBA in the US is mediocre. Pay is okay. NY Office gets little attention. Difficult to get promoted very senior if not in AUS.
