Awesome team, great company values, supportive senior management team, opportunities for growth and acquiring new skills, people over profit and transparent application of the company values to the daily operation of the stores.

They're only in New Zealand! :-( But, that's also a positive because it is a family run business and it keeps things personal for the team and customer base.
