      Benefits are good and work is steady. Management is very hands-off (at least in my case) as long as things are going well.

      Cons

      Layoffs every six months since I have been here. Management is very hands-off (at least in my case) so a person can feel like their left in the dark a bit.

      Very strong support from upper management, inclusive environment.

      The units do not work well together, a lot of animosity between unites.

      Leadership is visible and interacts with all members of staff. The surgeons are generally respectful. The anesthesia staff is incredible to work with.

      Cons

      Communication is sometimes lacking. There are too many company emails to know what is important.
