Pros
- Cares about social issues - Gives back to the community - Great culture - Treats staff with respect and kindness - Lots of autonomy; you're trusted to do the right thing
Cons
This wasn't an issue for me, they have an open-plan office - nothing a pair of noise-cancelling headphones can fix! Can be difficult to adjust to the autonomy if you've come from a larger org (like myself). I learnt to adapt and would much prefer to be trusted and not micro-managed.
