I initially joined Commodity on a 12-month internship programme during university and received fantastic exposure and responsibilities from day 1. The team is light but extremely welcoming and supportive. Experts in the field, I highly recommend for people keen to learn about headhunting, talent, and commodities. Travel opportunities, face-to-face dealings with clients.

Cons

Whilst the company is light-footed, the presence is global and opportunities are never limited. You create your own success.

Freedom and support to do your best! Public recognition for good work. International clients. Industry leadership. Prestigious management. Really very nice people in the entire company.

Cons

Hard to keep pace with top management...they are that good! Sometimes tough for an old bird to keep up with the younger eagles.
