Pros

We have a chance to make impact in education at Commit in Dallas County and beyond. We're consultants that never leave for school districts. The work changes frequently so every day is different. Benefits are solid - 401k match, PTO, PD stipend and a great team.

Cons

The work is difficult to watch from our vantage point and when leadership changes in school districts we might lose our relationships. We work to support legislators in their decision making and at times, in a conservative state, we may not be able to influence every decision and have to tread lightly. We're on an ever evolving DEI journey.

Pros

Industry-leading benefits in the nonprofit space. Demonstrable record of meaningful student impact on the stage and local level.

Cons

Inconsistent company culture, often dependent on which department you are in.

Pros

Benefits are good and there is flexibility.

Cons

Culture, nepotism, no work life balance, turnover is crazy, no growth depending on what team you're on and especially if you're a person of color.
