Pros
The people are the best thing about working at Commerzbank, but also the hours aren't too bad in most departments. My floor is almost empty after 5pm.
Cons
Salaries are not competitve, and London suffers from being neither a fully independent branch, nor being quite close enough to Frankfurt to be fully involved in decision making. A frequent complaint is that a lot of communications come through in German.
