      Easy work, able to gain experience, medical, dental, and vision insurance offered

      Cons

      Newer company going through a culture change, poor communication within management, long hours, zero home life, no room to move up, very few pay raises.

      Pros

      There is nothing I can honestly note as a positive for this company. Having worked with the O&G industry for nearly 30 years, I have never encountered such poor management of all aspects of a business.

      Cons

      Disassociated and corrupt owner that cares nothing for employees and caters more to his own needs and personal associates in all aspects of the business. DPO for them is well over 120 days, unless the company is owned by one of the owner's friends. Overall,a completely horrendous "company" run by a man with no sign of morals or conscience.
