Pros
Training is excellent. I have learned so much in the time I have been with the company. No compensation cap. Family owned- they are flexible. Love being part of the family. Room for advancement for the right person
Cons
In an effort to prevent extra costs being past to the customer, they hang on to old technology that is slow and wastes countless hours of time and so much frustration. I appreciate the cautious spending but it would be nice for everything to flow nicely :)
