Pros
Ensuring workers are safe at work, and if something happens that are properly compensated and returned to work through rehabilitation or work redesign. This is good work to do that contributes to the greater good. People are good to work with.
Cons
Doesn't have good systems, though this is improving. Some staff take suggestions on improvements personally. It is a relatively small organisation so opportunities are limited.
