Pros
- flexible working hours - hybrid work
Cons
Project Managers function more as Customer Support representatives, Consultants, or Account Managers than as real PMs working with a project team and coordinating projects. Obviously, no training is provided to properly support clients in these so-called project management activities. There is no vision, no plan, and no support from management or coworkers. Whoever decided to stay seems to believe that you should go through the same turmoil they once did. There is a lack of modern business culture. Directors do exactly the same work as their subordinates, only on a larger scale; as a result, no one actually manages the teams. There are rather 2 types of employees students or with 10-15+ years in the company who accepts how it is or represent the same low level of working culture and do not want to change it.
