Pros
Being a 12 year veteran of Column5 there is much to be said of my experience. The one thing I value most about working here is the leadership team listens to our ideas. Putting ideas on the table for discussion so everyone has an opportunity to provide input is being heard. You are valued and you are heard. When we make value-add contributions and share our successes, managers are made aware of your accomplishments and will celebrate with you. At Column5 employees are supported and empowered to engage, speak up, speak out and work collaboratively to deliver quality to all our customers. We are encouraged to branch out our skills and provided with opportunities to do so. I am proud to be a part of a team of consultants with expansive knowledge and expertise! For me, Column5 is a great place to work, grow, explore, and challenge yourself - being a part of solving problems - and it is okay to unleash a little creativity because thinking outside the box is what we do. Column5 cares about our customers, our people, and our brand.
Cons
Assumptions were made based on a few bad actors that left the company for personal reasons - whatever the reason for leaving, I would have expected honest/truthful reviews. Feelings are normal - being mad about something and spewing negativity, in my opinion, is having a bad day - we're all human beings. I have no cons against Column5 - I value our standards and take complaints very seriously. Customer service, after all, is an integral part our business.
