      Clinical trial management Independent work. Technical writing. Generous PTO and sick day. Hybrid days.

      Cons

      Most of the workload is just data entry. No flexibility on WFH days, can’t switch days around. No room for growth.

      Pros

      My job with the Columbia Population Research Center is fully remote, which is a great perk. I can also create my own schedule and work any day of the week.

      The pay could be better.

      The work when I had it was amazing, I really appreciated it for what it gave me.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, with the change in management came zero transparency and rules for thee, not for me. It's led to really weird decisions.
